Refund Policy

At Love Your Neighbour As Yourself Charitable Trust, we value the trust and support of every donor and well-wisher. We strive to maintain transparency and integrity in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable

• All donations made to the Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Funds are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable activities and welfare programs; hence refunds cannot be issued in most cases.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate transaction.

• Technical Error: If a payment is processed due to a technical issue such as server failure or payment gateway malfunction.

• Incorrect Amount: If a donor enters the wrong donation amount by mistake.

In such cases, donors must report the issue within 3 working days of the transaction.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, donors must email us at:

• Donor’s full name

• Contact number

• Transaction ID

• Date and amount of donation

• Reason for refund request

Our team will verify the details and process eligible refunds.

4. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of donation.

5. No Refund for Utilized Funds

If the donated amount has already been utilized for project activities or beneficiary support, the Trust cannot process any refund.
